The business combines experienced leadership, commercial governance and structured project systems to deliver civil construction, vegetation management, rural infrastructure and remote project delivery.

DYLAN ROBINSON
Managing Director and Founder
Dylan Robinson is a decorated Australian Army veteran with extensive experience in military leadership, emergency management, project management and remote community development across the Northern Territory and regional Australia. He brings a proven record of delivering complex projects safely and scaling operations in demanding environments, combining on-ground capability with the organisational rigour needed to lead high-performing teams.
At Northern Projx, Dylan manages the operational strategy across finances and resources, staffing and team development and stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
ELENA WANGURRA
Director and Founder
Elena Maria Wangurra is a Warramiri woman of the Yolŋu Nation with Italian heritage.
She brings over a decade of experience in First Nations community and economic development, strategy and enterprise leadership across the Northern Territory and regional Australia, with a background spanning government, Not-for-profit and Community Organisations.
At Northern Projx, Elena is responsible for strategic oversight, governance and performance - setting the direction the business operates to and the standards it's measured against.
DAN ROBINSON
Director and co-founder
Dan Robinson served more than a decade in the Australian Defence Force, including Special Operations. He holds an MBA from the University of Queensland and has led operations at Argyle Capital Partners, with further experience in Tier 1 construction, infrastructure delivery and commercial project leadership, including senior roles with an ASX-listed company.
At Northern Projx, Dan is responsible for technical leadership, strategic oversight and commercial guidance, drawing on established industry networks and proven project systems.
